Finally had my gastric sleeve surgery on 13th July. Ive lost altogether 31Ibs. But unfortunately have had complications. I ended up with a blood clot in my liver.I have a family history of blood clots so could be because of that. You have been really inspiring. Ive watched you from the start and following your journey has really helped with my journey. Its been tough but i know its all worth it in the end 😊❤️❤

Omg! I just love your content! I’m 3 months post op and I feel so good! I’m slowly becoming a fitness rat again and my energy is through the roof! I heard about the 75 soft challenge and to be honest, like you mentioned in the video, getting VSG is a CHALLENGE! 💯😂 I have a friend who’s doing the challenge and for her it’s to build habit of a healthy fitness lifestyle. So, I’m cheering her on along the way. Thank you for sharing your experience! ❤❤❤

I SOOO needed to see and hear this video. Thank you so much; this really helped my psyche as I am at a stall right now and have been for the past month in a half. I went out the other night and took pictures and I was amazed at how much smaller I looked and everyone was telling me how good I look. I’ll have to admit, I don’t drink the amount of water I should and get very limited exercise. I’m committing to both starting today💜🫶🏾💜
